Most residential garage floors can be completed in 1–2 days, depending on prep and square footage. Commercial projects or custom designs may take longer.
You can walk on your floor in about 24 hours. We recommend waiting 3-5 days before driving vehicles on it to ensure full cure strength.
When installed correctly with proper surface prep (we diamond grind every floor), epoxy is highly durable. Peeling usually only occurs if the concrete wasn’t properly prepped — which is why our process prevents it.
Epoxy has a smooth finish, but we add flake texture or anti-slip additives to increase traction, especially in garages, patios, and poolside areas.
Just use a mop, broom, or hose — no harsh chemicals required. For deeper cleaning, a mild cleaner works great. Epoxy is stain-resistant, so spills wipe right up.
Standard epoxy will yellow in UV light. That’s why we finish every job with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat for long-lasting protection indoors and outdoors.
With proper care, epoxy floors can last 10–20 years or more in residential settings. Commercial/high-traffic spaces may need touch-ups sooner.
